Define the pilot before distributing stickers
Choose a limited group of consenting residents, a contact-flow use case and a person responsible for onboarding. A useful pilot should answer a practical question about contact access and usability, rather than simply count printed stickers.
Map the resident lifecycle
Record how a vehicle is associated with its owner, what happens to a lost sticker and how tenancy or ownership changes are handled. Confirm which administration features are actually available instead of assuming a society dashboard is included.
Test the complete journey
Try real scans under different lighting and connectivity conditions. Walk through the public request and owner response, then record support questions. Broader parking allocation, gates and billing require a separate scope from private vehicle contact.
